For two decades, I have been channeling Masiandia, a unified collective of seven spirit beings…
About Channeling — My Personal Journey
Channeling is rewarding and demanding. It requires commitment and the desire to stretch one’s perception of reality.
It is both a gift and service—a way of life that necessitates leaps and bounds, self-acceptance and forgiveness, and the willingness to not know in order to discover new horizons.
I have been blessed by the kindness and strength of the spiritual for my whole life.
Though early in life, I didn’t know how closely spirit watched over me and the extend to which we are all part of a larger soul family. I didn’t realize that my life was a series of spiritual emergence designed to awaken me to my inner knowing and the guidance of spirit.
Throughout my initiations into spiritual knowledge and practices, I only had a fleeting sense of spirit in my early life, and a deep hunger to be closer to Source. I yearned to be given support. I wanted to know that God was with me and that I wasn’t alone.
In time, I grew to develop a close relationship with spirit by trusting my intuition, and eventually, I discovered the rewarding gift of channeling.
Initially, I didn’t set out to channel; I just wanted to have a relationship with my guides and feel the presence of the angels.
When I first started channeling Masiandia, a group of 7-spirits, I asked them how this had come to be. Why was I able to channel?
They said that it was through my art that I had learned to get out of the way—to surrender. As an artist, it is highly important to me to let the art create itself.
Initially, channeling the direct communication from spirit proved to be demanding.
Opening to channeling spirit guides was a full-throttle course in self-exploration, healing the past, life-mastery, and understanding guidance, as well as expanding my human perceptions of reality, and learning how to replenish my energy.
One cannot be a conduit for higher vibrational energies without going through a clearing of one’s energy, beliefs, limitations. It’s a journey of awakened consciousness.
As well, channeling affects one’s physiology; it depletes minerals and taxes the nervous system. Therefore it is highly important that I supplement with trace mineral, eat a clean and vibrant diet, and clear my energy field regularly.
Replenishing Your Energy
If you channel spirit guides, are psychic, work with people in the healing field, as well as offer counseling services, I suggest you do regular Energy Clearing practices.
One of the energy clearing methods I use about once per month is a sea salt bath. It’s a highly effective and relaxing way of replenishing your energy.
Sea salt bath: Dissolve 1-cup of sea salt in a hot bath and soak in it for 30 mins or longer. Since well before drying off.
You can do this once per month or when you have been in a toxic, energy-draining environment.
Replenish Your Minerals
I also recommend you drink lots of water with liquid Trace Minerals and chlorophyll to replenish your reserves of energy and to keep your electrical system flowing smoothly.
Magnesium is one of the main minerals that gets depleted with energy work. I take easy absorbable magnesium regularly.
Drinking water when doing energy-healing is highly important, as it supports the natural flow of energy throughout your body. Water is the regulator of all body functions – it is the main source of energy transport for every cell in the body, conducting electrical and magnetic energy.
