“What is overwhelm but a state of being out of balance with your own natural pace.”

How do you return to balance? Re-enter into harmony with your natural pace.

“We do not know of any way in which you can slow down the world, or in how you can control situations in order to manage the fast pace of your earth reality. What we do know is that you can slow down your reaction, and begin to operate at a pace that is in balance with you.

“There is no time like now to rest in the certainty that time is an illusion and the only way to slow down time is to slow down.

“Yes we really mean, ‘Slow down!’ At least long enough to breathe and attend to your well-being.

Just because the world is going by so fast, doesn’t mean that you have to join it.

“Just because other people have unrealistic expectations or rules that you think you have to follow, doesn’t mean that this is fact. In fact, most times, it is your own unreasonable expectations and set of rules that you try to abide to, unsuccessfully.

“How can the body even begin to thrive under the pressure of such expectations?
It cannot!”

How do you handle overwhelm in a world that is moving too fast? Change your inner world!

“Welcome yourself into an inner world where you have permission to follow your natural pace for happiness, health, healing and pleasure.

“Pleasure can only be truly experienced when you take the time to savour life.

“There is no time like now to slow down and savour – really taste life, and cease being someone you are not, or doing something you don’t want to do, because then life does take over and you really do have so little choice in the matter.

“Be passive and life will take charge, even if that is someone else’s life running the show.”

You are the creator of your own happiness. Seriously, we really mean that!

“Your perception of reality affects you in ways that dictate the outcome of your conversations and interactions in life, as well as your relationship with your body, and with sleep and energy.

“The messages you send to your body directs how your body responds to life. For instance, If you tell your body that you have to go to a social function when you’re feeling overly fatigued and stressed about it, your body receives the message that your need for rest is unworthy of your consideration. This brings up numerous incidences in the past where you overrode your fundamental needs and your intuition, and so your body begins to break down as a way to counter the unrest that you are forcing upon it.

“Due to the unrest, your nervous system then becomes overstressed and unable to maintain its strength and flexibility in social events, thereby contributing to you feeling overwhelmed.

“Let’s face it, the best way to keep up with the fast pace in life – a life that is evolving so quickly – is to slow down and listen to your body, quiet your mind, and be the creator of your own happiness.” – Masiandia
