Navigating Global Turbulence: Finding Peace in Challenging Times

In recent conversations with my Soul Circle, I’ve noticed a palpable shift in the collective energy. Many of us are feeling the intense reverberations of global events—from the solar eclipse and powerful sun flares to the ongoing conflicts in various parts of our world and the charged political atmosphere surrounding us. These energies aren’t just news headlines; they’re waves we’re all riding together, sometimes feeling like we might be swept away by their force.

Navigating global disturbances requires finding our way back to the heart, anchoring into inner peace in challenging times. But how do we anchor in a stormy sea? We anchor by turning inwards, nurturing inner calm and weaving our thread of faith into the collective humanity’s tapestry. But how? By staying in love.

The Natural Flow of All Energies

During a recent channeling session, I received a profound message about the nature of energy that I feel compelled to share with you. The essence of this wisdom is both simple and revolutionary: all energy is natural. Yes, even the destructive kind. Even the fear we’re feeling collectively right now.

This might seem counterintuitive at first. How can destruction be natural? How can the fear gripping our hearts be part of the natural order? Yet, just as a forest fire can clear the way for new growth, our human experience—with all its intensities and challenges—is part of the greater tapestry of life.

Channelled message

Masiandia, “May you rest assured that energy is natural, life-force giving energy is natural, destructive energy is natural. You live in a natural world.

“Nothing is out of place in the world, nor is your part in this rich tapestry of experience. Your life is no less far-reaching than the next. Remember, you are needed in the world because you are a beautiful thread in the weave of life.

“You are precious. You are loved. You are loving. You are generous beings.

“Your desire to make a difference is your generous offering. Be highly mindful of your desire. Become its closest ally—be curious as you cultivate an intimate relationship with your desire.”

Finding Peace in Challenging Times

Finding Peace with Human Nature: A Soul Circle Member’s Question

When I shared the channelled message with the Soul Circle Community, a member asked, “Does this also include destruction wrought by humans?” She added, “I imagine it does and want further reassurance.”

Masiandia, “Yes, dear one, human destruction is equally natural. But how can that be possible? What can be natural about violence, judgment, blame, greed, abuse, war and trauma? Let us explain. Human destruction is shaped out of fear, a natural part of your human experience, and therefore, so is the manifestation of fear. Think of human destruction from the law of cause and effect. The destruction is the cause of unconscious, fear-based, pain-induced suffering perpetuated throughout ancestry. But what is natural about that? The journey—the path of evolution and, most of all, the underlying need embedded in all destructive acts—the need for love and belonging.

“Depending on how you perceive reality, you will either evaluate destructive patterns, and therefore, the suffering as bad and be filled with hatred, powerlessness and fear, or your heart will overflow with love.

“Choice is a natural phenomenon you can weave into the mass gestalt of human experience.  Weave the thread of your unguarded, loving presence to lift the veil of suffering in the world. See the suffering with new eyes born of forgiveness and acceptance. ‘But that doesn’t end the suffering.’ you might say. Only the evaluating mind would suggest that suffering shouldn’t exist, but it does exist.

“When you find yourself, in your time, on the other side of the veil of death, you will look back at your life with reverence and fall in love with the courage born of your human soul.

“Love takes no sides, picks no favourites, and does not see reality as flawed. Love stays in love. Therefore, being in love is the most reassuring place there is.”

In these words, we find both profound wisdom and practical guidance. When we understand that love remains steadfast, neither judging nor taking sides, we can begin to look at our own fears with greater compassion. This perspective allows us to explore our collective experience with gentler eyes, knowing that even our deepest fears are part of our human journey toward greater understanding.

Understanding Our Collective Fear While Finding Peace in Challenging Time

The fear many of us are experiencing isn’t wrong or unnatural. It’s a very human response to uncertainty and change. When we witness conflict, political division, or environmental challenges, our natural instinct is to contract, protect ourselves, and worry about the future.

But here’s what I’ve learned: This fear doesn’t need to be eliminated—it needs to be understood. Like a thread in a tapestry, it has its place in the greater picture of our experience.

Practical Ways to Stay Grounded

While understanding the natural flow of energy is important, we also need practical tools for finding peace in challenging times. Here are some approaches that have helped members of our Soul Circle:

1. Mindful Media Consumption

  • Set specific times for news updates rather than constant checking
  • Choose reliable sources that inform without inflaming
  • Balance challenging news with positive developments

2. Energy Alignment Practices

  • Start your day with grounding exercises
  • Take regular breaks to breathe and center yourself
  • Connect with nature to reset your energy field

3. Community Connection

  • Share your feelings with trusted friends or community members
  • Listen to others without trying to fix their experience
  • Create safe spaces for authentic expression

Transforming Fear into Conscious Action

One of the most powerful messages I’ve received is about choice—our natural ability to choose how we respond to these challenging times. Instead of being paralyzed by fear or overwhelmed by powerlessness, we can choose to:

  • See beyond the surface of conflict to the underlying need for love and belonging
  • Transform our judgment into understanding
  • Channel our concern into constructive action
  • Hold space for both the difficulty and the possibility of these times

Remember, you are a precious thread in the weave of life: your presence, energy, and unique way of being in the world matters. Even in times of turbulence, especially in times of turbulence, your capacity to remain present and loving creates ripples of positive change.

When we look back on these times—whether years hence or from the other side of the veil—we’ll recognize the courage it took to remain open-hearted in the face of challenge. We’ll understand how every moment of choosing love over fear, understanding over judgment, and presence over withdrawal contributed to the evolution of human consciousness.

Moving Forward Together

As we navigate these intense times, let’s remember that finding peace in challenging times is possible when we understand

  • All energy, including the challenging currents we’re experiencing, is natural
  • Our fear and concern show our deep care for our world
  • We have the choice to respond with love and presence
  • Our individual efforts to maintain peace and understanding matter

I invite you to sit with these thoughts, to feel your own experience of these times, and to trust that your presence – your unique thread in the tapestry—is precisely what’s needed right now.

May we all find the courage to stay open-hearted, the wisdom to understand rather than judge, and the strength to keep choosing love.

With deepest care,
Linda
